Main Task : Time Management

Our team had a time management scheme where we decided on roles for each other and had had deadlines for each other.

By the 23rd Dec - We needed to find a location, which we completed by then.
By the 26th Dec - We needed to list equipment/logistics that we needed to get and do, which we completed by the deadline but eventually we kept on coming up with different things and the deadline extended.
By the 28th Dec - Finding the character, was easier then normal as the profile we made, was in instant match with someone who we knew.
By the 3rd Jan - Our treatment deadline was extended to at least the 10th Jan because I personally forgot about the other things that I needed to incorporate into the treatment.
By the 5th Jan - View Location Deadline, the recce was done on that same day in all 3 locations.
By the 6th Jan - Storyboard Deadline and Script Deadline. Storyboard deadline was shifted to the 15th Jan due to the repeating changes that we wanted and the refining of the drawings. Script Deadline was the same as there was only the description/action of what our actress had to do and the scenery.
By the 7th Jan - Shot list deadline was extended to at least 13th Jan, as we already had the inital idea but we had lacked time to completing it.
By the 9th Jan - Risk Assessment Deadline was due in and was completed.
By the 17th Jan - Everything was completed and handed into our teacher for him to photocopy it for everyone on our team.
On the 18th  - We filmed our shoot between 10:30 am - 1/2 pm

It was hard to keep these deadlines as over the Christmas holidays it was harder to communicate with each other than seeing each other at school and therefore a few deadlines got extended and a few tasks were switched to help us get to the filming deadline. I had realised that you need to give extra time to deadlines as you need the consider their time and schedule as well as yours and in addition, deadlines aren't the end of the world if you miss them.
